Sorry I didn't get to this yesterday had a crazy kind of day

first my printer died had to go buy a new one no problem but

a few hours of trying to get the wifi set up and a extremely frustrating call to the 800 number

had to go to youtube to find how to connect

next on

 to clean the house to find my shark vacuum just a few months old wouldn't turn on

another 800 number and call only this time all I had to do

was read the serial number and they emailed me a shipping label

and are putting a new machine in the mail to me just like that no hassle no questions

just an apology

  then went to watch some tv and the cable remote died...

went to bed...

so three things that is the end right?
