and taken me in a new direction

this is not my normal style

but I love the results hope you do too!

 

 started with a black a2 card base

layered with a pieces of watercolor paper

I stamped the sentiment with

versa fine black onyx heat embossed

with clear embossing powder

this really make the sentiment shine

did this with the flowers too

 did get a chance to use yesterday's flower

I had made a watercolor background

and I just didn't like it at all

so hating to waste anything

I kept thinking about what to do with it

so I used Stampin up Mixed florals
with versa mark ink

hero arts detail white embossing

punched it out with the matching punch

surprised myself how pretty it looked

add an enamel dot to the center

added MEMORY BOX DIE 98502-Fresh Foliage

really love all the laying in this card so pretty.
The image is adorable and don't know if anyone
saw the movie "Big Eyes" but as soon as I saw this
card I thought of the movie. Those big green eyes
so enchanting.

did make these flowers this morning before I went 

outside to weed and work in my garden

wish there were more days in the week

or more hours in the day to do it all

 love these peonies they may their

way to my garden from my grandmother's

garden to my mom's garden to mine
