 This is a pop up card you can find the youtube video I saw 

from Card Creations by Lorraine

The base measures 11 x 5 1/2

you score this a 1" 2 3/4" 3 3/4" and 5 1/2 turn over

and repeat the 1" 2 3/4 and 3 3/4

 fold all score lines in the same direction

put this piece in your paper cutter at the 5 1/2 line and cut a opening

leaving 1/2  on each side

for the inside Pop up center piece cut 3 x 5 1/2

I did this to the top for a little extra touch

insert from the front the panel that you cut

turn both end flaps in towards the center of the card base

add adhesive one one side attached the panel to the crease of the first fold

with your flap down glue the two ends together

and if none of that makes sense watch the video it's not as hard as it sounds

decorate inside and out. I used a craft knife to enlarge the center opening

for the present
