Happy Easter

Made these Waterfall cards from a
File I got at SVGcuts
the pattern paper is from K&Company
I did emboss the squares thought it would look nice
and it does but also made it harder to glue the animals to them
with so many little pieces. I end up making 24 of these for
family and friends.

Blog Hop The Crafting Misfit

A big thanks to Rebecca over at the Crafting Mistfit for inviting me to this GREAT blog hop.
It is all about a new technique or using a new material. I have been wanting to try this Faux metal technique. This technique can be done in silver, gold, copper any color will work. You need Versa Mark or any Watermark stamp pad and embossing powder and matching card stock.
Start with 5.5x 4.25 paper cover complete with versamark then with the embossing powder
next heat the embossing powder

this is the result
let the paper cool and repeat 3 to 4 times
next cut into 1.25 squares you will need 12
Arrange the squares in the embossing folder
of your choice
select the most appealing element

the squares will amazingly look like metal.
apply these to black or dark card stock
leave small gaps to look like grout lines
the center a black mat 2.75 x 4.25
blue layer 2.5 x 4
white 2.25x3.75
page 76 Stretch Your Imagination 3"
Saying from Scrappy Moms Stamps EveryDay greetings
a sheer white ribbon and a little bling

I'm the last stop on the hop so head back over to

to start from the beginning
don't want to miss any stops along the way.
