Here's what I made for
today's blog hop using
"You're the Man"
Cardz TV Stamps
now normally I don't enjoy making Masculine cards
because I can't add all the things I love like crinkle ribbon, bows and bling
but this card I had a blast with
I started with an a2 base pure poppy, then a mat of vintage cream
then true black. and kraft, photo finish strip die all from Papertrey Ink
to make the kraft look like peg board
I used my scal program and sure you could do this on your gypsy,
cricut craftroom or on you silhouette software
I am a made a little circle .25" and did a copy then auto fill
next I made a rectangle 5 x 3.75
and a moved it over the circles until all the edges were even
then I deleted all the circle outside of the rectangle
love the way it came out
Next I cut out the tools from a file "Tools" from
now to make the metal parts of the tools is really an easy process
ink them with versa mark then silver embossing powder
and heat emboss repeat that 3 times
Now for the sentiment & faces (which is my favorite part)
I stamped the glasses and mustaches with memento tuxedo black ink
cut them out by hand and added them to the tools with some google eyes
in the corners took some red brads and sanded them so the metal would show through
the inside
Now your next stop
