started with my stamp block and use the 

Mini Tim Holtz distressed it applied it directly to the block

spritz it with some water and stamp over the 

sentiment now I wasn't really thinking when I started

this whole process and inked on the wrong side

and a happy accident the lines left a grid mark

I like the way it turned out!

made this card for my dad and two brothers for father's day

every year my dad and mom would back up the station wagon

we would leave our house at the crack of dawn to take the long ride down 

to the Jersey shore

Long Beach Island at Barnegat Light

I can't even tell you how long I Have had this stamp I bought in 

a little 5 & Dime Store (yes showing my age)
as a souvenir
 with the new trend being water coloring just had to

try to paint this stamp
SO happy with the way it came out

I used Tim Holtz distress inks on an acrylic block 

and a water brush on Tim Holtz water color paper
stamped Happy Fathers day on the
inside of the card
